Rules and regulations for overnight camping: The primary goal is to make Ocean Surf RV Park a happy, safe and relaxed place in which to vacation. The rules and regulations are for the benefit of all campers and guests.

Reservation Policies:
- A one-night non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to confirm a reservation plus an "Online Booking Fee" for online bookings.
- Changes to reservation dates, please call us at 1-888-532-5480: Although your deposit is non-refundable, it can be used as the deposit for your next stay in the current season if you let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival date. Otherwise, a new deposit will be required to confirm your new dates.
- Reservations are assigned to general areas in the park, based on the customer’s preference for a standard site, a back-up supersite or a pull through supersite. A specific site number cannot be guaranteed.
- If you wish to change sites, once in the park, you must obtain authorization from the office.
- Check-in is between 1pm and 10pm. The reservation will be cancelled if the guest has not arrived by 10pm on the scheduled arrival date. You must notify the office of a late arrival.
- Balance must be paid upon arrival.
- No refund for early departure.
- Check out time is 11am.
- Only one camping unit is allowed per site. Camping fees include one RV and one registered vehicle. Any additional vehicle must pay a daily fee of $8.00.
- Tents are not permitted in the park.
- Thank you for keeping your site and fire pit clean.
General policies:
- All visitors [vehicles] must pay a fee upon entering the park.
- Quiet hours are: Sunday through Thursday: 11:00 pm to 9:00 am/ Friday and Saturday: 12:00 am to 9:00 am.
- Garbage must be in trash bags and must be placed in metal trash bins in the park. Please do not leave garbage on the ground.
- To ensure everyone’s safety, the maximum speed limit for vehicles in the park is 10 km/h.
- Golf carts are not permitted in the park with the exception of the ones used by park employees for work purposes.
- Parents are responsible for the actions and the safety of their children.
- Smoking and vaping, including cannabis, is prohibited in public places in the campground and within 9 meters (27 feet) outside public places.
- Trees, bushes or shrubbery are not to be cut, removed or damaged in any manner.
- Anyone who deliberately destroys campground property will have to pay for the damages and leave the park immediately without a refund.
- Ocean Surf Ltd. does not assume any responsibility for any damage or for any claim brought by a camper or visitor by reason of an accident, a theft or any other loss that could arise to any client or their property on the park’s premises.
- Drain hose must be connected to sewer by rubber gasket with clamps and must not be inserted more than 6 inches in the park sewer system. Do not flush wipes of any kind or any sanitary products. Do not put anything in the toilet except human waste and toilet paper.
- Clothing must be removed from washer and dryer promptly at the end of the cycle. Clothing should not be left unattended.
- Pets are allowed in the park with certain conditions: they must be on a leash or in a safe environment in your RV and under supervision; the leash should not exceed the limits of your site; animals should not disturb the neighbours’ tranquility and should not be left alone in the RV or outside in your absence; the pet owner is responsible for their actions.
- Always lock your RV when you leave the vicinity. Please secure your belongings and lock your valuables. Unattended bicycles should be locked at all times.
- Chinese lanterns and fireworks are strictly prohibited in the park.
- Camp fires must be kept small and away from other campers’ vehicles, shed, fence, etc. The smoke should not enter other campers’ trailers. Fire pits are not allowed to be moved.
- Painted and pressure treated wood or wood covered in toxic substances are not allowed to be burned in the park.
- Any and all infractions to these rules and regulations, and to any and all other rules posted in the park, could lead to the immediate expulsion of the client and their trailer from Ocean
- Surf RV Park without a refund.
- Please inform management or any staff member of any situation that requires immediate attention. The comfort and convenience of each client is our commitment.
Pool Rules:
- Swimming pool is for registered campers and guests ONLY. An access card is required.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- All persons using pool do so at their own risk. Ocean Surf Ltd. is not responsible for any lost or stolen objects, accidents or injuries.
- Children aged 6 years old and under must be accompanied, in the water at all times, by an adult or a delegate of at least 16 years of age.
- Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult or a delegate of at least 16 years of age on the premises at all times.
- No diving allowed.
- No running inside the pool area.
- No person shall engage in boisterous play in pool or deck area. Do not shove or push others.
- Disposable and cloth diapers are not permitted in the water. Please use diapers designed for pool use.
- No food, beverages or glass objects allowed in pool or deck area.
- Personal chairs and/or strollers are not permitted at the pool.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted in pool or deck area.
- No smoking allowed in pool or deck area.
- No pets allowed in pool or deck area.
- Ocean Surf RV Park-Camping management reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at any time.
- Failure to obey pool rules (posted at the pool), will result in eviction from the pool.
- Pool Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- Pool Capacity, Number of persons 157 Maximum.
